Yes Spring is the most envigorating time. Winter is good for contemplation and stripping things back to basics. Have you noticed in winter there are very few distractions? Everything is covered up, appearing dead, but not, it is just resting. It's good for people to rest and think. The months of Spring and Autumn to me are the most energetic, and the summer is slow, like winter.
It's all for a reason I am sure. I am so pleased you can share in the flowers, because I do post them -- and will do some lovely camellia shots, though they won't be around for a couple of months now. But think of it, there are millions of flowers! I adore the rose and I love this colour. So pleased you like it, it was taken in the humid heat after rain.
Oh no, the play must have been heart-wrenching. At least you know it was good to have a reaction. Spring will be lovely when it comes.
Yes I take all of them. The pic I had of the camellia was taken in the cool months, winter. We do get very cold weather, as we are fairly close to the South Pole, but not totally freezing, if that makes sense. Snow falls rarely and only in the higher country.
There is something wonderful about all the seasons, except I must admit I get impatient with extremes, like too much heat and too much cold, if that makes sense;-)
Perhaps the world will come back into balance. I have heard Europe does get very warm. I love the way the world is surprising, always changing -- that's a good sign. I like the pics, they give an interesting perspective.
